These websites present the practice of Dr Szczepan Bratek. For privacy enquiries, please use the practice contact page. Appointments are booked by telephone or on ZnanyLekarz. This website does not collect medical forms or descriptions of symptoms.

Your choices

On your first visit you can choose essential settings only, select individual categories or accept all. Analytics, marketing and external content are off by default. Change or withdraw consent using “Cookie settings” in any footer. Withdrawal does not affect earlier processing.

Browser storage and cookies

• Essential: category choices and the date saved in browser local storage (ilaryngolog-consent-v1), for up to 180 days. Different domains save choices separately; Polish and English pages on the same domain share a choice.
• Analytics: no separate statistics tool is currently used.
• Marketing: with consent and when measurement is active, Meta Pixel and Conversions API may measure page views, contact clicks and visits to the e-book. Data may include IP address, browser information, event identifiers and Meta cookies such as _fbp. Server measurement consent is recorded in the ilaryngolog_marketing cookie for up to 180 days. We do not send symptom descriptions or medical form data. Event data is limited to website measurement.
• External content: embedded YouTube videos and Google Maps are blocked until you consent. Videos use youtube-nocookie.com and also require a play click. Once content loads, Google receives information including your IP address and browser details and may use its own storage technologies.

External providers and links

Meta Platforms Ireland Limited and Google Ireland Limited describe data processing, retention and possible transfers outside the European Economic Area in the Meta privacy policy and Google privacy policy. Links to ZnanyLekarz, Naffy, Instagram and YouTube open separate services governed by their own policies. Displaying a link here does not load its widget.

Server operation and your rights

The hosting service processes technical data needed to deliver the website and keep it secure, such as IP addresses and request times and URLs. Server log scope and retention depend on hosting configuration. Optional content and measurement use your selected consent. You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction and, where applicable, portability, or object to processing. You may also complain to the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).

Clearing this website’s browser data removes your saved choice; you will be asked again on your next visit. Withdrawing consent blocks further content loading and new events. Changing a setting cannot recall data already sent to an external provider; their privacy tools can be used for further requests.
